How do I rent a bike?
Click the “Book Now” Button at the top of this page, then select the location. You’ll then select the date, duration, start time, and then click “Continue”. You’ll then enter your contact information, all of which is vital to our automated booking process. Click “Continue” again and you’ll be brought to the checkout page, where you can review your booking details and enter payment information. After submitting payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to our waiver. The waiver must be signed in order to complete your booking. As part of signing, you’ll have the option to send the waiver to other riders in your party. Once you and the other riders in your party signed the waivers, you will receive an email with a door/locker code to access the bikes. If anyone is planning to ride a bike as a passenger, they will need to sign a waiver too.

*Please note that if not everyone in your party has signed a waiver, then you will not receive access codes to all the bikes. For example, if a party of four only has three signed waivers, then the fourth person will not be able to access their bike until they sign the waiver.*

We know it sounds like a lot, but you’ll find it’s much simpler than it sounds! As an automated bike rental service, we’ve done our best to make renting from us easy and convenient. And once you hit the trails and see what the area has to offer, we think you’ll find it well worth it!

What is your cancellation policy?
We offer full refunds from the time you book until 24 hours before the start of your booking. We do not issue refunds if a booking is canceled within 24 hours of the booking.
Is a helmet included?
We have helmets on site that can adjust to fit a variety of heads. These are available to you at no extra charge, though we do charge a $40 replacement fee if a helmet is not returned or is severely damaged.

To accommodate a passenger, each locker comes with two helmets. All riders and passengers are required to wear helmets at all times while riding.

How do we pick up the bikes?
After submitting payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to our waiver. The waiver must be signed in order to complete your booking. As part of signing, you’ll have the option to send the waiver to other riders in your party. Once you and the other riders in your party signed the waivers, you will receive an email with a locker assignment and a door code to access the bikes. Enter that code into the appropriate locker and you’ll find the bike inside with a helmet and bike lock.

When can we pick up the bikes?
Rentals are available any time within the time slot selected. However, it should be noted that your time slot does not extend if you are late in picking up your rentals. There is no prorating for late pickups.
When do we return the bikes?
Bikes are due back in the appropriate lockers by the end of the time slot selected. Please back the bike into the locker, as it is easier to control and causes less problems. Please remember to return the helmet and bike locks as well.
What if I get a flat tire?
If you happen to get a flat tire during your rental, go ahead and text us at 435-261-7791 and we’ll take care of it. If we have other bikes available, we may have you switch for another.
What if my bike runs out of battery?
Our ebikes are rated to go 25-45 miles on a full charge. However, riders need to remember that these are bicycles, and some level of effort will be required in order to preserve your battery. While it’s tempting to use the twist throttle, this feature should be used sparingly, as it drains the battery much faster than any level of pedal assist. If you want to use the throttle, then we recommend using it for initial acceleration from a dead stop.

Otherwise, we recommend mainly using the pedal assist and gear shifter to optimize the balance between your effort and battery life, especially given the local terrain and elevation changes.

If you encounter problems with your bike and suspect a battery defect, please reach out to us immediately at 435-261-7791. If we have other bikes available, we may have you switch for another.

Are there any bikes that have seats for children?
Each bike at our Holiday Inn location is equipped to accommodate one passenger. We generally recommend this for children ages 5-11, as long as the parents or guardians are confident the child is capable of holding on. We do not allow use of the passenger seats for toddlers, infants, or children who are unable to hold on to the driver.
Can we still rent even if it’s raining?
Though it’s hard to predict the weather too far in advance, we don’t get a whole lot of rain here in Southern Utah. If it happens to be raining when you pick up your bikes, we just ask that you stay on paved paths.
What if I damage the bike?
As part of our waiver, renters agree to pay for all damages incurred during their rental above normal wear and tear.
What if the bike is stolen?
During the period of the rental, the responsibility of securing the bike will fall to the renter. Bike locks are available with each bike at no additional cost. If you decide to park the bike and leave it, we recommend locking it to something that cannot be moved and wearing the key around your neck.

Can we transport your bikes to another location?
Easy Rider’s automated locker locations are meant to provide you an easy, on-site access to the trails and attractions you want to visit, so you can drive to the bikes and ride from there. If you want to rent a bike and take it somewhere else, we recommend checking to see if there’s an Easy Rider rental location there you can book a bike with.
Do you sell ebikes?
We do occasionally cycle our bikes out of inventory, so if you are interested in buying one of our bikes, it never hurts to ask! If we don’t have any available, we can add you to our list and call you when we have one available. We do not sell new ebikes.
